Extra Care Development.

Overhall provided all earthworks and civils works to this new care facility, starting in 2022. The scheme was in an area of high archaeological interest so all excavation works were completed under a watching brief. Full scope of Overhall’s works included earthworks, drainage, service trenching, concrete foundations and all external works.
