Open Cycle Gas Unit.

Overhall Contractors Limited successfully delivered a complex civil engineering package for an open cycle gas unit in Immingham on behalf of international client Metlen. The project encompassed extensive earthworks, civil construction, formwork, reinforcement, concrete (FRC), and surfacing works. A key highlight was the execution of multiple large-scale concrete pours, including a single continuous pour exceeding 800m³, demonstrating our logistical and technical capabilities. All works were carried out adjacent to a live power station, requiring stringent safety protocols and close coordination to maintain operational integrity while delivering to the highest standards.
