North Yorkshire Highways Framework 2024-2025.

In 2024 – 2025, Overhall Contractors Limited successfully delivered three major schemes under the North Yorkshire Highways Framework, with a combined project value exceeding £7 million. The framework is ongoing until 2029 and Overhall expect to deliver similar value projects throughout the entire duration.

As an appointed contractor on Lot 3 of the framework – covering projects valued at £2 million and above – Overhall was responsible for delivering a range of highway works, including resurfacing, patching, full road reconstruction, road lining, and traffic management. One scheme included over 100,000m2 of surfacing within a 3-month period.

Each scheme required close coordination with multiple stakeholders, including local authorities, residents, and traffic management teams. Projects were delivered across several locations, with Overhall deploying and managing three or more gangs simultaneously to meet demanding programme schedules.

All schemes were completed on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard, further reinforcing Overhall’s reputation for quality, reliability, and collaborative delivery within complex operational environments.
