Humberstone Avenue Development.

Overhall Contractors Limited is proud to be delivering the full groundworks and civil engineering package for Vistry Partnerships at their Humberston Avenue development, comprising 182 new dwellings across phases 8, 9, and 10 of an established housing estate. Our scope includes all earthworks, civils, brickwork to DPC, Section 38 carriageways, and Section 104 drainage infrastructure. Key features of the project include the construction of a substantial retention swale for surface water management and operating to a strict programme to support the timely build of timber frame dwellings. The project highlights Overhall’s ability to deliver high-quality residential infrastructure with precision and efficiency.
