Demolition and re-purposing of existing warehouse.

Overhall delivered this turn-key project in 2022 taking only 5 weeks to hand over. Our client required an existing portal frame warehouse and brick-built office block demolishing and relocating and the site remediating and resurfacing to provide a tarmac stock yard. Overhall completed the entire project in-house including the removal of demolition waste, recycling, aggregates, kerbing, drainage, ducting, flood lighting and re-surfacing.
