Overhall secured the enabling works, groundworks, civils, drainage and surfacing package on this flagship scheme as Principal Contractor in 2023. The CDC is one of only 6 centres of its kind being built in the UK. The scope included all enabling works and earthworks to the existing site in Scunthorpe town centre, along with foundations, drainage, concrete works, externals, services and surfacing.
