This large-scale scheme was completed in 2022 with Overhall completing various civils works throughout the project from the very beginning through to the final surfacing. The factory building itself was over 1-million sq ft. Overhall’s works included drainage, service works, kerbing, large interceptor tank installations, along with the aforementioned surfacing works to access roads. Stand-out works included 350m large pre-cast culvert installation to an existing dyke and long rising main connection works to an off-site manhole (crossing and running along over 300m of live carriageway).
