Overhall’s scope of works included 278 works, service trenching and ducting, drainage, reinforced concrete foundations and kerbing and external works. The site was a brown field site with a high quantity of underground obstructions and heavily contaminated soils, Overhall’s experience and planning overcame these issues with the least amount of disruption to the project.
