Overhall commenced on site in 2023 with initial earthworks. During the initial period of earthworks, roads and sewers, Overhall were the Principal Contractor on site and were fully self-sufficient. This allowed our client to take over the site at a stage where all earthworks were complete, roads and adopted sewers installed to base level and a handful of plots built to DPC for immediate superstructure build. Overhall’s full scope was earthworks, roads and sewers including final surfacing, all plot works including brickwork to DPC, beam and block flooring and final floor finish (insulation, membrane, screed) and 278 works.
