92 Properties.

Commencing in late 2017, this project is the first phase of a larger housing development consisting of 92 properties. Overhall have been awarded both the earthworks and groundworks contracts on this project and are completing the initial site strip and reduced level dig, all carriageways and deep drainage, services, plot drainage, concrete strip foundations ,top-soiling and paving works. As part of the carriageway construction works Overhall have employed a sub-contractor to undertake soil stabilisation works to improve the ground, an alternative to deeper excavations and increased imported fill material.
