Orchard Park – 82 houses.

Beginning in late 2016, this housing project involved constructing 82 new build plots along with associated infrastructure over an 18 month period. Overhall’s works included section 278 works, highway construction, adoptable drainage, plot drainage, kerbing and paving amongst other activities. Large concrete pipes and attenuation drainage systems were installed as part of this project. This project also included a 40,000 ton muck shift.
